The hotel was awesome, with clean and neatly kept rooms, but located in a poor spot. The service was fabulous, handling construction and room issues efficiently. The dining experience was subpar with limited breakfast options. The hotel's location next to the highway was a downside.

I had a great stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were awesome, and I had no complaints. However, being located at the back of the hotel against the freeway meant dealing with traffic noise all night. The room looked exactly like I expected, but unfortunately, I got bitten by several bugs during my stay.

The service was trying to be helpful, but there seemed to be some favoritism. Although the staff opened the door to check us in, they were frequently away from the front desk. Additionally, there were dogs barking all night, which was a bit bothersome.

The location was excellent; it's perfect if you need to get to the airport and not far from downtown Chattanooga. However, it left me feeling nervous when I needed something like a soda at 1 am. Also, having to stand in the freezing cold at 12:30 am due to the limited vending machine was not ideal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was great with a stove and refrigerator, and it was very quiet as it's located in a business park. The overall experience was awesome with no complaints. The staff was nice, and I enjoyed my time here.

The staff was outgoing, positive, and helpful. They took care of all our needs during the stay. However, there was an incident where they walked in without knocking while I was still in bed sleeping, which was a bit uncomfortable.
